Our chosen housesitters were excellent house itters. They were kind & caring to our house full of pets, especially Izzie our Yorkshire Terrier who required 2 Insulin Injections every day. I would highly recommend The Housesitting Company as house and pet carers. Their sitters would always be welcome back in our house at any time. The services of The Housesitting Company were excellent.Your initial response was super fast & very thorough. You made sure that you had enough information to place the right sitters in our home. It was made difficult for you because the start date was Easter Sunday & they would have to be able to administer Insulin Injections to one dog. The household consisted of 4 dogs & 5 cats which could have been off putting to some people. Within 2 Days you found two lots of Sitters for us to choose from. Your ongoing contact & help from this stage was excellent too. From Start to Finish I give your Company 10/10. Many thanks."

They left our house clean and tidy, just as we had left it and they even baked some pecan tarts and left them in the pantry for me when I arrived home. We were very happy with the care they gave our little terrier, Muffin, who has some health issues and they obviously enjoyed looking after her too. Our housesitters from The Housesitting Company are amazing housesitters. They took wonderful care of our pets and I would highly recommend them. Both our pets were sad to see them go! Our home was immaculate on our return and better than when we had left it. They did all our washing without being asked and baked us a Christmas cake which was much enjoyed. We received regular updates on our pets and they took care of our pets as if they were theirs. Our housesitters felt more like family taking care of our babies and our home.

It was a great service with quick feedback and an easy to use website. The whole website process from entering a profile, to viewing possible house sitters was excellent and simple to use. The forms on the website were very helpful too. Particularly the form for instructions to the house sitter was very detailed and meant that I remembered things that I otherwise may have forgotten to mention.
